摘 要:应急装备是非战争军事行动装备的重要组成部分,其保障能力评价是指导保障资源分配的重要因素;针对战争行动装备保障能力评价指标在非战争军事行动应急装备保障中出现结果不稳定的问题,提出了运用因子分析和结构方程建模对传统指标进行改进的方法;在传统评价指标的基础上,通过因子载荷分析提取评价指标的本质因子,结合应急装备的特点,对传统评价指标进行重构,降低了指标间的冗余,提高了评价指标间的独立性,确定了指标的权重,实现了评价指标的量化;通过结构方程建模,利用解释方差分析,验证了本质因子提取对系统的支撵度,解决了传统指标应用于非战争军事行动领域导致结果不稳定的问题。Emergencies equipment is major part of equipment of Military Operation Other Than War. Support ability evaluate is significant factor to guiding support resource allocation. Aiming at the problem that traditional evaluate index can not be applied to emergencies equipment, method using factor analysis and structure equation modeling is presented to improve traditional evaluate index. In the base of traditional evaluate index, common factor of evaluate index is detached by factor load analysis. Combining with characteristic of emergencies equipment, traditional evaluate index is recon- structed and redundancy between indexes is reduced, the independence of index is enhanced. The weight of index is confirmed, which realized the quan tification of evaluate index. Through structure equation modeling, the supportability of index choose and the veracity of weight confirming are proved, which solves the problem that the availability of building traditional evaluate index system is difficult to evaluate.
