摘 要:清漳河流域属于水资源短缺的山区流域,为提供流域内合理土地利用优化方案和水资源调控理论依据。故以清漳河流域为研究区域构建基于SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool)分布式水文模型,评价流域土地利用/覆被变化的水文响应。SWAT模型在清漳河流域具有良好的适用性,模型可以较好的模拟流域内的地表径流过程;在不同土地利用/覆被类型配置情境下,探讨地表径流及其CN值变化,分析出单一土地利用类型的产流能力,结果耕地>草地>林地;受近年城镇化的发展和退耕还林还草的政策影响,相对1980年土地利用/覆被情景,退耕还林情景的综合产流能力减小,城镇化情景的综合产流能力增加。Qing Zhanghe basin belongs to the mountainous river basin lacking water resources. In order to provide theory basis for reasonable land use optimization scheme and water resources regulation in the river basin, a distributed hydrological model based on Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) is established with the Zhanghe River Basin as study area to evaluate the hydrological response of watershed land use/cover change. The SWAT model has good applicability in the Qing Zhanghe Basin can better simulate the process of surface runoff. Under different land use/cover type configuration, the surface runoff and the change of CN value is investigated and the runoff capacity of the single land-use type soil is analyzed. The order of the capacity from large to small is cultivated land, grassland and forest land. Affected by the recent urbanization development and the policy of returning farmland to forest effect, the integrated flow-production capacity of returning farmland to forest scenario decreases, while that of urbanization scenario increase when comparing with the 1980 land use/cover scenarios.
