摘　　要：该文在研究国内外经验和文献的基础上,对我国如何构建建筑安全管理体系进行了剖析,并基于层次分析法提出了具有中国特色的建筑安全管理有效性评价。Based on the construction experience and literature at home and abroad, the problem of how to establish construction safety management sys-tem in China is discussed and, based on AHP, the effective construction safety management with Chinese characteristics is presented.
