摘　　要：在阐述建设项目全过程造价管理模式的基础上,简要分析了代建制、PMC和PMA管理责任模式,并从性质地位、合同关系、权利、责任风险和收益方面对三者进行了系统性的比较分析,以供参考。Based on the illustration of the cost management responsibility model in construction programs,the paper analyzes the agent construc-tion system,PMC and PMA administrative responsibility model,and undertakes the systematic comparison and analysis of the three types from the property,contract relationship,rights,responsibility risks and benefits,so as to provide reference.
