摘　　要：矿产资源节约与综合利用是落实科学发展观的必然要求,是国家经济和社会可持续发展的保障。深入分析湖北省矿产资源特点,从调整结构、转变资源利用方式,加大技术研发力度和研发深度,制定和完善资源节约与综合利用评价体系等方面提出对策和措施。Conservation and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is the inevitable requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development, and the guarantee of the national economic and social sustainable development. The paper analyzes the characteristics of mineral resources in Hubei province, and further puts forward corresponding implementation method and measures in aspects of transforming resource-utilization structure and pattern, advancing technological development and research , and establishing and optimizing the evaluation system of resources conversation＇ and comprehensive utilization.
