摘　　要：研究了河南省业余运动训练的现状,探讨了我国青少年业余体育训练中训练监控缺失的原因,提出了业余体育训练监控常态化的对策。This paper carried out a study on the current training situation of amateur sports in Henan province, and had a discussion about the reasons for the lack of monitoring in the youth amateur sports training in our country. It put forward countermeasures ibr normalizing the monitoring of amateur sports training.
