摘 要:针对目前飞机维修培训中拆装流程复杂,系统模型繁多的问题,采用层次化分析法和UML状态机相结合的建模方法,建立飞机组件的拆装过程模型,运用IDEF3建立拆卸组件的状态、迁移和约束模型,规范拆卸零部件模型的统一性表达,提高建模的效率,利用DSM对飞机各个组件进行规划,实现拆卸目标组件的有序逻辑表述,从而建立高仿真度的训练模型。最后,以维修培训平台中飞机某组件的拆装为例,验证IDEF3和DSM在拆卸过程仿真方法的有效性。For the problem of complex disassembly and assembly process and various system models in current aircraft maintenance training, the disassembly and assembly process model of aircraft components is established using the modeling method combining with hierarchical analysis and UML state machine. IDEF3 is used to establish the state, migration and constrained model of disassembly components, the unified expression of removing component model is regulated to improve the modeling efficiency. DSM is employed for the planning of various aircraft components, achieving an orderly logic expression of the disassembly target component, and establishing a high degree of simulation training model. Finally, the disassembly and assembly of a component on aircraft repair training platform is taken as an example to verify the validity of IDEF3 and DSM in the disassembly process simulation.
