摘 要:为了研究双层半透明介质内的辐射-导热耦合传热特性,采用基于有限体积法的开源C++程序库OpenFOAM,开发了求解二维双层半透明介质辐射-导热耦合传热问题的计算程序,并验证了计算程序的准确性。分析了折射率对耦合传热特性的影响,研究结果表明:当nj/ni不变时,折射率的变化对复合层温度场影响很小,介质层辐射热流密度随着介质折射率的增大而增加;当复合层高温侧介质折射率ni大于低温侧介质折射率nj时,复合层内温度扩散深度较ni<nj时增加;当ni不变,nj增大时,高温侧介质温度变化不显著而低温侧介质内温度明显降低;当ni增大,nj不变时,高温侧介质温度扩散深度增加,低温侧介质靠近界面处温度上升而远离界面处温度变化不明显。To study the coupled heat transfer characteristics of radiation and conduction in a double-layer semi-transparent medi- um, a calculation procedure to solve the two dimensional coupled heat transfer characteristics of radiation and conduction in a double-layer semi-transparent composite was developed by using an open source C++ libraries (OpenFOAM) based on finite volume method, and the accuracy of the program was proved. The coupled radiative and conductive heat transfer characteristic of composite was investigated and the influence of refractivity was analyzed. The results show that the change of refractivity had lit tle effect on temperature field and radiant heat flux density increased with the medium refractivity when the condition of nj/hi was a fixed value. When the medium refractivity near high temperature side was greater than that on the other side ni〉ni, the tem- perature diffused deeper compared with the situation of ni〈nj. The medium temperature had no obvious change near high tem- perature side but significantly reduced near the other side when ni was invariable and ni increased. When ni increased and nj was invariable, the medium temperature near high temperature side diffused deeper and the medium temperature close to the interface on the low temperature side increased but had no obvious change far from the interface.
