摘  要:针对变压器直流偏磁现象,提出一种抑制变压器直流偏磁的新方法。首先,基于Preisach理论建立两相磁性材料的磁滞数学模型,确定两相磁性材料材料的剩磁与矫顽力的关系,并制备两相磁性材料;进而,基于磁路磁阻理论,分别考虑直流及交流磁势情况完成新型电力变压器结构设计和电磁设计;最后,基于上述设计及仿真研究,制作2台新型电力变压器样机。仿真及实验结果表明:该种新型电力变压器对直流偏磁具有很好的抑制效果,本文所提出设计方案可行、正确。A new scheme of power transformer with DC bias compensation function is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the mathe- matical model of hysteresis of two-phase magnetic material is established based on the Preisach theory, and the correspondence re- lationship between eoercivity and remanence of the two-phase magnetic material is determined, and then the two-phase magnetic material are manufactured. Secondly, considering DC and AC magnetic potential respectively, the structural and electromagnetic design of new power transformer are carried out based on the reluctance theory. Finally, based on the above design and simulation research, two new power transformer prototypes are manufactured, and the simulation and experimental results show that the new power transformer is evident on compensation effect. The results also verify that the proposed design scheme is feasible and correct.
