摘　　要：目的:探讨老龄化日益严重背景下老年人社会权益的法律保护现状及存在的问题。方法:文献评阅法和问卷调查法。结果:在对山东老年人群的调查中发现,社会中对老年人的侵权行为较多、较严重,但老年人的维权意识并不强。结论:应进一步完善老年人权益保护的法律体系,提高老年人自我维权意识;政府应不断加强老年人合法权益的保障,尤其要加强对"失独"老年人的权益保障。Purpose： to explore actively the present situation and existing problems of the legal protection of old people＇s social rights and interests under the background of growing aging population. Method： literature review and questionnaire survey. Result： in the survey of the old people in Shandong, it is found that there are many infringing acts against the old people in the society, but the old people＇s right protection consciousness is weak. Conclusion： we should further perfect the legal system of the old people＇s right protection, improve their right protection consciousness, and the government departments should strengthen the safeguard of old people＇s legitimate rights and interests, especially those old people without sons and daughters.
