摘　　要：艾滋病相关犯罪是指与艾滋病有关的犯罪,其重要特征是实施犯罪行为的主体是艾滋病感染者或利用艾滋病实施犯罪行为的一般主体。本文将艾滋病相关犯罪分为由艾滋病感染者实施的犯罪和由非艾滋病感染者实施的与艾滋病有关的两大类犯罪,并对不同类型的犯罪处置进行了探讨,为艾滋病相关犯罪的法律处置提供参考。AIDS related crime refers to the crime related to AIDS, its important characteristics is that the subject of criminal acts is AIDS infection person or general subject of criminal behavior of AIDS. In this paper, AIDS-related crimes are divided into two categories： crimes committed by people infected with AIDS and crimes committed by people without AIDS, and the disposal of different types of crime are discussed as well, with the purpose of providing the reference for the legal disposal of AIDS - related crimes.
