颈部钝性损伤致霍纳氏综合征法医学鉴定1例

摘　　要：霍纳氏综合征(Horner综合征),又称"颈交感神经麻痹综合征",凡交感神经径路自下丘脑至眼球之间任何部位受损均可引起该综合征,其临床表现为瞳孔缩小、上睑下垂、眼球凹陷等症状,其中以瞳孔缩小为最主要的体征。本文是就一例颈部钝性损伤所导致的霍纳氏综合征所作的法医学鉴定分析。Homer＇s syndrome, also called cervical sympathetic nerve paralysis syndrome, is caused by any damage in any part of sympathetic pathway between hypothalamus and orbit. Its clinical features are as follows： miosis, ptosis, and enophthalmos, etc., of which the main feature is miosis. And one case of forensic appraisal in homer＇s syndrome caused by blunt neck injury is reported in this paper.
