摘　　要：目的探讨武汉地区汉族人群红细胞血型不规则抗体的频率,分布和滴度特征。方法应用全自动凝聚胺微板法对本地区无偿献血者进行抗体筛查;对于筛查阳性的标本运用抗球试管法进行抗体鉴定。结果试验针对本地区共计20 000名无偿献血者进行了抗体筛查,检出不规则抗体42例,阳性检出率为0.21%(男性0.17%,女性0.27%);其中Ig M抗体30例,Ig G抗体12例:抗-M 15例、抗-P16例、抗-E 4例、抗-D 3例、抗-Leb3例、抗-c E 2例、抗-C 1例、抗-Lea1例、抗-Mur 1例;检出抗体效价从1-128皆有覆盖。结论全自动凝聚胺微板法能有效的检出不同种类、不同效价的抗体,该方法快速、准确,经济、适合推广。Objective To explore the frequency, distribution and titer characteristics of irregular RBC antibodies in Wuhan blood donors. Methods Auto polybrene-microplate method was used to screen irregular RBC antibodies of blood donors in Wuhan. The routine AHG-tube method was used to identify positive specimens. Results 20 000 blood donors have been screened in this program. A total of 42 donors showed presence of irregular antibodies in their serum （46/20000 ： 0. 21%, male： 0.17%, female： 0.27% ）. There were 30 cases of IgM and 12 cases of IgG： 15 cases of anti-M, 6 cases of anti-P1, 4 cases anti-E, 3 case of anti-D, 3 cases of anti-Leb, 2 cases of anti-cE, 1 case of anti-C, 1 case of anti-Lea, 1 case of anti-Mur. The detected titer spanned from 1 to 128. Conclusion The auto pelybrene-microplate method can detect various kinds of irregular RBC antibodies with different titers. This method is efficient, rapid and economically feasible.
