摘　　要：目的针对本血站物料现有分类和编码存在的问题,进行重新规划和分类,并定义编码。方法按简单、易用、好记的原则,并从规范化、标准化以及符合供应链管理的角度,对物料重新编码,以便实现物料采购、库存、领用的全程跟踪与分析,并为供应链的高效、便捷运转打下基础。结果建立了新的物料分类和编码的规则。结论新的物料分类和编码方法更加科学,为物料管理的标准化、规范化、精细化,和血站开展的全面预算和成本核算,以及科研项目管理创造了相应的条件。Objective To classify and to code the materials used in blood bank due to inherent problems in existing classification and coding methods of materials. Methods The materials in blood bank were reclassified and recoded in a concise, easy-to-use and easy-to-learn manner in order to track and analyze the whole process from purchasing, storing to distributing materials. The classification and coding were established based on the requirement of normalization and standardization and were applied to the management of supply chain which aimed at providing a basis for efficient and convenient operation of supply chain. Results The new classification and coding methods of materials were established. Discussion The new classification and coding methods were more scientific and the establishment of these methods created conditions for the normalization, standardization and refinement of material management, which also prodded an opportunity for creating a comprehensive budget and an accounting cost for research project management in blood hank.
