摘　　要：目的构建基于Web的"临床输血质量与教育培训管理系统"电子平台,促进医院临床输血管理体系和用血文化建设。方法运用医院现有HIS系统局域网资源,建立基于Web服务技术标准和系统架构、具有独立服务器地址的电子平台;实施全院医护工作站对临床输血管理及教育培训门户网页的即时浏览;实施临床用血评价考核客观指标等内容公示;实施授权质量和技术记录的电子化、格式化、标准化。结果 "临床输血质量与教育培训管理系统"电子平台使用3年,软硬件运行可靠,临床输血质量管理及教育培训管理内容逐步丰富,输血科与临床科室沟通更便捷。结论基于Web的"临床输血质量与教育培训管理系统"电子平台能够促进临床输血质量管理体系和临床合理用血文化建设。Objective To establish a electronic platform for the clinical blood transfusion quality and education and training management systems, and to promote the clinical blood transfusion management and the construction of the blood transfusion culture in the hospital. Methods A electronic platform has been built in the HIS Local Area Network in accordance with the technical standards and system architecture based on Web, which had an independent server address. The portal page of the electronic platform was instantly browsed on all workstation＇s IE of the clinical departments for implementation of the clinical blood transfusion management and education training. A lot of contents, such as the objective,indicators for evaluating clinical blood transfusion and so on, were displayed to public. The electronic and pre - formatted quality records and technical records for ISO15189 accreditation have been put into effect. Results The electronic platform of the clinical blood transfusion quality and education and training management systems has been with a reliable software and hardware during last three years. It has a substantial platform for a more convenient communication between blood transfusion department and other clinical departments. Conclusion The electronic platform of the Clinical Blood Transfusion Quality and Education and Training Management Systems based on Web can improve the quality of clinical blood transfusion management and enhance the culture of rational blood transfusion.
