摘　　要：森林火灾是一种突发性强、破坏性大、危险性高、处置难度大的自然灾害。多年来,我国在依法治理森林火灾(以下简称依法治火)上,取得了较为成功的经验,我国依法治火的历程是马克思主义法治思想在森林防火工作上的成功实践。当前依法治火也面临着很多新情况、新问题,新的机遇和挑战给依法治火提出了更高的要求。以依法治国基本方略为统领大力推进依法治火,要做到科学立法、严格执法、全民守法。Forest fire is a kind of natural disaster, which happens suddenly, destruction, dangerous and difficult to dispose. Over the years, our country, in the governance of forest fires in accordance with the law （hereinafter referred to as the fire cure according to the law）, has gained more successful experience. The course of our country according to law for fire is Marxism rule of law thoughts in the successful practice of forest fire prevention work. In accordance with the current fire cure is faced with many new situations and problems, opportunities and put forward higher requirements. With basic strategy for the rule of law to promote in accordance with the fire, to achieve scientific legislation, strictly enforce the law, the law-abiding.
