摘 要:针对现有智能交通系统中,交通信息协调性差、交通控制应变性弱和交通控制与交通信息融合性低的不足,本文以交通控制的多尺度、交通信息感知与处理的高并发、控制与信息的深融合为目标,构建了城市交通协同监控与实时服务一体化理论模型、关键技术与运行系统,力求在现有路网资源条件下,通过突破融合信息感知、并发处理决策、协同智能控制和实时信息服务等技术瓶颈,实现城市智能路网的可测、可管、可控、可用,最终达到路网整体控制效益的协调优化。Aiming at the problems of the existing intelligent transportation systems, including: (1) poor coordination of traffic information; (2) weak contingency of traffic control; (3) low integration of traffic control and information, this paper constructs the theory, the key technologies and the running system for overall urban transportation cooperative control and real time service for the sake of realizing not only the multi-scale traffic control, the high coneurrencyof traffic information perception and processing, but also the deep integration of control and information, The main purpose is to realize the measurable, controllable, manageable, and available of the urban transportation network and achieve the coordination and optimization ofiheoverall networkcontrol efficiency, by means of breaking through the technique bottleneck of information collaborative fusion, concurrent decision- making processing, intelligent control and real-time information service.
