摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆开展文化活动必要性的分析,构建了以人才培养为核心,采用自学式、管理式、引导式和互动式相结合的教育方式,旨在提升学生知识、能力、素养的高校图书馆文化活动的模式。By carrying out the analysis of the necessity of cultural activities for the university library, constructed a model of cultural activities in the university library, by personnel training as the core, with the education methods combined with self-study type, management type, guide and interactive type ways, in order to enhance students＇ knowledge, ability and quality.
