摘　　要：调查了作为我国图书馆对外交流的主要途径之一的数字化参考咨询服务的状况,研究了数字化参考咨询服务所经历的发展阶段及各个阶段的不同技术特点,分析了我国目前数字化参考咨询服务的特色与存在的问题,指出了未来图书馆参考咨询服务的进化方向。This paper investigates the status of China＇s DRS that is one of the main ways for the external exchange of China＇s libraries, studies DRS＇s development phases and different technical features of each phase, analyzes the characteristics of China＇ s current DRS service and the existing problems,and points out the evolution direction of the future library＇ s reference service.
