摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆非图情专业馆员职业发展现状,分析了高校图书馆非图情专业馆员偏多的原因,探讨了非图情专业馆员职业发展定位的实现途径。This paper expounds the career development status of the librarians without major background of library and information science in university library, analyzes the causes why the number of the librarians without major background of library and information science is increasing greatly in university library, and probes into some approaches for realizing the career development orientation of the librarians without major background of library and information science.
