摘　　要：在阐述图书馆管理中人文关怀必要性的基础上,分析了图书馆管理中人文关怀的现状,探讨了图书馆管理中加强人文关怀的对策。Based on expounds the necessity of the humanistic care in library management, this paper analyzes the current status of the humanistic care in library management, and probes into the countermeasures for strengthening the humanistic care in library management.
