添加活性剂对ZA14铝合金钨极氩弧焊接接头性能的影响

摘  要:为了提高2A14高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,将粉煤灰、粉煤灰+Ti O2作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用钨极氩弧焊方式进行焊接。研究了粉煤灰、粉煤灰+Ti O2作为活性剂对焊缝深宽比、显微组织和接头的显微硬度的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰、粉煤灰+Ti O2的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大,添加活性剂焊件的焊缝及焊接热影响区硬度高于常规焊接件的。When joining the work pieces by the technology of TIG, active flux of fly ash and fly ash with TiO2 were utilized to increase the welding efficien- cy of the high strength aluminum alloy of ZA14. In order to study the effect of active flux on the depth to width ratio, microstructure and micro hardness of the joint, metallographic observation and hardness test were carried out. The experimental results showed that the width and depth were increased, while the hardness of the fly ash and fly ash with TiO2 as active flux welding seam and HAZ kept higher value than normal welding work pieces.
