摘　　要：科研诚信是整个社会诚信体系的引领.对于大型医院的科研人员,临床工作压力及科研成果所带来的诱惑导致科研失信行为时有发生.加强科学道德规范建设,维护科学的社会声誉,已成为当前我国科技界的重要任务.本文对科研失信成因进行分析,从思想教育、建立学术道德规范和加强细节监管等方面对提高大型医院科研诚信水平进行探讨.Research integrity leads the social credit system.for researchers in large hospitals in China,the pressure from clinical work and temptations caused by research outcomes sometimes lead to scientific dishonesty.Strengthening the construction of scientific ethics and maintaining social prestige of science has become an important task for research community in our country.This paper analyzed the causes of scientific dishonesty and explored the ways to improve research integrity in large hospitals,including providing education and training in research ethics,and establishing and strengthening the regulations in research ethics.
