摘 要:针对矿用多孔式制动盘磨损机理,运用有限元数值模拟方法,得出不同孔径与孔间距下的制动盘应力场分布。采用定速摩擦试验机,在12.5 N、37.5 N、62.5 N与87.5 N载荷下对不同孔径与孔间距、不同孔纹路排列的多孔式试样进行磨损实验,通过正交多项式回归分析方法处理实验数据,得出孔径与孔间距对耐磨性的综合影响,结果表明:斜四边形、正四边形与六边形纹路下的多孔式制动盘磨损量比普通制动盘低70%以上。According to the wear mechanism of porous type mine brake disc, the stress field distribution of different hole diameter and hole spacing is obtained by using the finite element numerical simulation method. With constant speed friction tester, abrasion experiment of different hole diameter and hole spacing and different hole arrangement of porous type specimen are finished under the loads of 12.5 N, 37.5 N,62.5 N and 87.5 N. The testing data is processed through the orthogonal polynomial regression analysis method, and the composite influence of hole diameter and hole spacing on wear resistance is concluded. The results showed that the wear value of inclined quadrilateral, square and hexagonal pattern of porous type brake disc is more than 70% lower than the normal brake disc.
