摘  要:为了减少选煤厂带式输送机减速器高速轴断裂事故的发生,针对选煤厂某型号减速器使用现场高速轴断轴事故,进行了断轴原因分析。分别从减速器自身的缺陷、维护保养、液力耦合器的安装方式、减速器基座、联轴器端面间隙、电机与减速器的同轴度等方面进行了分析。得出减速器自身缺陷、基础过软、液力耦合器安装方式不合理、电机轴与减速器输入轴同轴度差是造成减速器高速轴疲劳断裂的主要原因。In order to reduce the high speed shaft breaking accident occurred in conveyor in the coal preparation plant, the high speed shaft breaking cause were the gearbox of the belt searched and analyzed based on the coal preparation plant high speed shaft breaking accidents of the certain mode gearbox The analysis were made on itself defects of the gearbox, care and maintenance, the installation way of the hydrodynamic coupling and the base of the gearbox, the coupling end dearance as well as the axiality of motor and gearbox. The calculation and analysis showed that due to itself defects of the gearbox, the much soft basis of the gearbox, the unreasonable installation way of the hydrodynamic coupling as well as the bad alignment of the motor shaft and the input shaft of gearbox causes to occur the fatigue breaking of the high speed shaft.
