摘　　要：立柱是液压支架的主要承载件,立柱缸筒深孔加工表面质量严重影响支架的使用寿命,对于立柱缸筒深孔加工,目前国内主要有3种加工方法:镗滚复合加工、镗珩加工和刮削滚光,分析了3种加工方法的优缺点。The column is the main bearing part of hydraulic support column cylinder, deep hole machining surface quality seriously affect the service life of the bracket, column cylinder deep hole processing, currently there are three kinds of processing methods, respectively, complex boring and rolling processing, boring and honing processing, scraping rolling light, this paper analyzes three kinds of processing methods, each with advantages disadvantages.
