摘　　要：针对刨煤机刨头在使用过程中出现的问题,分析了刨煤机刨头磨损加剧的原因,提出延长稳定磨损时间的方法,对刨头材料和工艺进行了选择。建立了刨头载荷方程及约束条件,从而更好地解决了刨头调向的不灵敏问题。For the promble of the plough cutting head in the process of application,Analysing the reason of the planning tool wear, putting forward the view of extending stable wear stage time, and recommending the plane head material and process. Meanwhie, optimizing the hydraulic piston rod of the power, Better improving the turing flexibility of the plane head.
