摘　　要：随着市场对中厚板平面度等精度及断口切面质量要求的提高,通过对中厚板加工剪切后的质量分析,设计了一种滚切式双边剪机,用来剪切材料为钢材的中厚板,应用结果表明,该剪机具有剪切能力大,剪切质量高,且材料利用率高等优点。With the improvement of the quality requirements for the medium thickness plate in terms of flatness accuracy and the quality of fracture section, we design a bilateral shearing machine which is used to cut steel plates after shearing quality analysis of the medium thickness plate. The application result shows that the shearing machine has many I advantages, such as large shear capacity, high shearing quality and high material utilization.
