摘　　要：经济社会的快速发展对人才培养模式提出了新的要求。本文结合沈阳工程学院能源化学工程专业的办学实际,从人才培养目标、人才培养具体做法、优化教学内容和课程体系等方面探讨了能源化学工程人才培养模式的实践研究。Nowadays, with the development of 21st, demand for talents and professional has been brought. In this study, we combine the practice of the Energy Chemical Engineering; discuss the cultivating modes of specialty training on the aspects of the professional development, location of cultivation aim, teaching reform and methods of course system.
