摘 要:以活性炭粉煤灰处理印染废水,考察了活性炭粉煤灰的质量比、投加量、处理时间、活性炭和粉煤灰目数、温度及p H对印染废水色度去除率和CODcr去除率影响.结果表明:在25℃下,调节印染废水p H为6.00、活性炭粉煤灰(质量比为2∶3、目数均为100目)投加量为3.0g,处理时间为40min,印染废水的色度去除率可达95.85%,CODcr去除率可达93.74%.Active carbon/coal fly ash was used to treat the dyeing and printing wastewater. Factors af- fecting the decolorization rate and CODcr removal rate of the dyeing and printing waste water , such as: the mass ratio of active carbon/coal fly ash, the dosage, reacting time, mesh number of active car- bon/coal fly ash, temperature and pH were investigated. Results showed: when the pH of the dyeing and printing wastewater was 6.00, using 3.0 g active carbon/coal fly ash (mass ratio was 2:3, mesh number was 100 mesh) to treat for 30 rain at 25℃, the decolorization rate of the dyeing and printing wastewater could achieve 95.85% and the CODer removal rate was 93.74%.
