海西应用型高校高级财会人才培养探析

摘　　要：在分析了当前海西高校财会人才培养中存在的实习基地和实习单位匮乏、合适的实践教学教材缺乏、具有金融知识背景和国际化视野的财会专业人才匮乏等问题的基础上,从应用型、具备国际化视野和金融知识背景及闽台合作四方面阐述培养适合海西发展战略需求的高级财会人才的策略.This paper expounds the problems existing in the financial accounting personnel training in universities, such as lack of practice base and units, lack of suitable practice teaching materials and accounting talents with financial knowledge background and international vision. Four aspects, i.e., practical talents, international vision, financial knowledge background and the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Provinces, are elaborated for providing suitable training strategies of senior accounting talents.
