摘　　要：大口径小曲率半径曲线顶管施工具有较高的施工难度。该文以上海地区首例雨水管道Φ2 400顶进泵工程为例,介绍了某改进型泥水机械平衡式顶管机作为关键设备用于该工程,总结了该项目施工的技术要点与注意事项,以其为相关大口径小曲率半径顶管工程的施工提供参考。There is great difficulty in large caliber and small curvature radius pipe jacking construction. A Φ2 400 rain pipe construction project which was the first success project in Shanghai was introduced. An improved slurry mechanical balance pipe jacking machine was used as the key equipment,key points and attention notes of construction were summarized,which can be the reference for the same project.
