寒地城乡滨水带状绿地的生态规划研究——以明水县滨水新城景观规划为例

摘　　要：在人类进化发展史中,河流是进步的推动者,是众多文明的发源地。经济发展较快的一线城市大多都依河而建。穿越城市的河流承启着资源和物流通道的功能,随着科技的进步,河流有很多已经不再扮演最原始的实质性作用,城市管理者赋予了它们不同的待遇,其角色的转变似乎更能体现人类社会的发展变化。城市中川流而过的水系大多继承着临居处的人文情调和自然风光从而得到城市的重视,例如上海的黄浦江,哈尔滨的松花江等,这些河流在整个城市绿地系统中起着城市地标的作用,因此这些地区往往是一个城市商业、文化、休闲的核心地段。伴随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的提高,生态文明也随之诞生。生态文明也是现代文明的重要体现,所以当一个城市具备了较为完整的生态系统体系,基本消除环境中的有害因子,规划成和谐的人居环境,才能谈得上现代化。本文结合亲自设计的明水滨水新城建设规划项目,从尊重场地、绿地性质、城市的关系和文化的引入等方面提出该类型绿地的景观设计方法。Rivers is promoter of progress and birthplaces of many civilizations during the history of human evo- lution. Most cities which economy developed rapidly are built by rivers. Rivers through cities function as resources and logistics channels. With advances of technology, most rivers no longer act primitive roles and cities managers gave them new functions. All these seem to reflect human＇ s development. Rivers through cities, such as the Huang- pu River in Shanghai and the Songhua River in Harbin, are paid attention to because of their humanistic atmosphere and natural beauties. These rivers become city landmarks in city green space system because they are usually locat- ed in the heart areas of city＇ s business, culture and leisure. Ecological civilization has been born with the social progress and people＇s living levels improvement. Ecological civilization is an important manifestation of modern civi- lization. A city will be called modernization as long as it has complete ecosystem, no harmful factors in the environ- ment, and harmonious living environment. Combined with personally designed Riverside New City of Mingshui proj- ect, landscape design method was presented in the paper from such aspects as respecting the green space, related to city and culture introduction.
