摘  要:利用弹簧-阻尼模型建立了大口径舰炮弹库出弹平台进给系统中滚动轴承、丝杠螺母副及滚动导轨副结合面的等效动力学模型,综合考虑了滚珠丝杠纵向、扭转和横向振动,以及弹箱所在工作台的6个自由度的振动,借助Hertz接触理论,分析计算了滚动轴承、丝杠螺母副及滚动导轨副结合面的刚度特性。基于模态分析法对比分析了考虑结合面接触刚度和不考虑结合面接触刚度情况下整机的动态特性,得出结合面特性对整机动态特性分析的重要性,为提高系统的抗振能力提供了依据。By using the spring-damper model, the dynamic equivalent model of the joint surfaces in the rolling bear-ings, ball crew and rolling guide of the jacking shells device feeding system of a large caliber naval gun is built. The vertical, twist and horizontal vibration of the ball screw and the 6-DOF vibration of the workbench are taken in-to consideration. By using the Hertz contact theory, the stiffness characteristics of the joint surfaces in the rolling bearings, ball screw and rolling guide are analyzed and calculated. Based on the modal analysis method, the dy-namic behaviors of the complete machine in the two cases of considering and not considering the contact stiffness of the joint surfaces are compared, and the results show the importance of joint surface characteristics to dynamic characteristics of the machine, providing the basis for improving the system-s anti-vibration ability.
