摘  要:采用浸没沉淀相转化膜制备方法考察聚丙烯腈(PAN)聚合物浓度及不同种类溶剂对平板微孔膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:聚合物浓度及溶剂对成膜性能均有显著影响,聚合物浓度增大,成膜断面由大孔疏松结构变为致密海绵状孔结构,膜表面孔径、孔隙率下降,而溶剂DMF、DMSO制备的膜易形成大孔结构,最终成膜的清水通量、孔隙率更高。综合考虑膜污染速率性能指标,得到制备MBR用PAN平板微孔膜的聚合物最优浓度为13%,最优溶剂为DMF。This article used the preparation method of immersion precipitation phase inversion membrane for the inspection of the polymer concentration of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and the effects of different solvents on the properties of flat-sheet microporous membrane. The experimental results showed that the polymer concentration and solvent type had a significant impact on the membrane properties. With the increase of concentration, the pore structure of membrane cross-section changed gradually from loose macroporous tructure to dense sponge pore structure, and the surface pore diameter and porosity of the membrane decreased, the membranes made from DMF and DMSO as solvent showed the easy formation of macroporous structure and the high pure water flux and porosity were higher. Therefore, considering the property index of fouling rate of membrane, it can be concluded that the optimum polymer concentration was 13% wt and the optimum solvent was DMF for the MBR membranes preparation.
