两套A^2BR仅靠生物膜对生活污水的试验研究

摘  要:采用填充不同填料的A2BRX(填充悬浮球填料的A2BR)和A2BRZ(填充组合填料的A2BR)处理生活污水。当两套反应器启动成功后,排掉其底部的悬浮活性污泥,考察了低温环境下仅靠微生物膜,A2BRX和A2BRZ处理生活污水的试验研究。结果表明,在环境温度为2℃~15℃,进水流量约为0.40m3/d,HRT为24h,当两套系统运行稳定时,A2BRX比A2BRZ对CODCr和SS有更好的去除效果,A2BRX对CODCr和SS的平均去除率分别为62.6%和83.8%,A2BRZ对CODCr和SS的平均去除率分别为53.3%和81.9%。同时,提取A2BRX和A2BRZ处理单元中填料表面的生物膜进行扫描电镜观察,可看到大量微生物存在于表面。与环境温度为25℃~35℃相比,低温环境下填充不同填料的两套A2BR对生活污水中CODCr和SS的去除效果均比较差。Two systems of A^2BRX (filled with ball suspended fillers) and A^2BRZ (filled with combined fillers) were used to treat domestic sewage. After they started successfully, the suspended activated sludge was discharged from the systems in order to study the performance of the two systems treating low temperature domestic wastewater only by biofilm. The results indicated that when the ambient temperature was 2℃ ~ 15℃, the influent flow was 0. 40 m^3/d, and HRT was 24h, A^2BRX had better CODCr and SS removal efficiencies, and the average removal efficiencies could achieve 62. 6% and 83. 8% after the two systems operated steadily While A^2BRZ filled with combined fillers, the average removal efficiencies of CODcr and SS were 53.3% and 81.9%. Abundant microorganisms could be observed on biofilm by SEM. Compared with the ambient temperature 25℃ ~ 35℃ , the CODcr and SS removal efficiencies of the two systems for domestic wastewater were poorer at low temperature.
