摘　　要：介绍了一种利用Excel软件对浮游植物数据进行统计分析、实现自动化处理的方法。实际工作中,只需输入物种的细胞数量,就能自动获取相应的中文名和拉丁文名,并计算丰度,形成符合国标要求的记录表格,用于数据的上报和存档,同时可以获得多样性指数(H')、均匀度指数(J)、丰度指数(d)和优势度指数(D)等生物群落特征参数的计算结果。该方法简单、快捷,是一种切实可行、易于推广的方法。This article has introduced a method with automatic statistical analysis and automatic processing on data of phytoplankton by the utilization of Microsoft Excel software. In practical work, simply enter the cell number of species can automatically obtain the corresponding Chinese name and Latin name. Besides, the abundance was calculated and record forms were formed to meet the requirements of national standard, which were used for reporting and archiving data. Meanwhile, diversity index （ H＇）, Pielou evenness index （J）, Margalef diversity index （d） and Dominance index （D） can also be calculated. Thus this method was rapid, convenient, and easy to popularize.
