温度对电镀光亮镍影响分析

摘　　要：分析了4个硫酸盐镀光亮镍生产中因温度变化引起的产品不合格故障实例,故障诱因分别是:镀液温度不均匀、电镀环境温度过低、镀液温度过高及后处理液温度过低。说明了温度对硫酸盐镀光亮镍电镀生产的影响,提出了相关故障的原因查找方法和故障处理的方法。指出了在硫酸盐镀光亮镍生产中预防同类故障发生的相关技术措施和故障判别经验。This paper investigated 4 fault examples in sulfate bright nickel plating due to the variation of temperature, including nonuniform temperature of plating solution, low environmental temperature of elec-troplating, high temperature of plating solution and low temperature of post - processing fluid. The influence of temperature on sulfate bright nickel plating was studied. For troubleshooting, the methods and technical measures in sulfate bright nickel plating to avoid similar problems were concluded in the electro-plating production.
