多指标综合评价法在农业科研机构综合能力评估中的实践与应用

摘　　要：文章以"十一五"农业科研机构综合能力评估指标体系建立为例,对层次分析法、主成分分析法和模糊综合评判法等多指标综合评价法在农业科研机构评估中确定评价指标与权重两个方面进行分析,提出农业科研机构进行综合评价是一个复杂的研究课题,根据评估需求,运用多指标综合评价法制定评价指标体系是评估研究的重点。Taking the construction of index system for evaluation of comprehensive ability of agricultural scientific research organizations during the eleventh-five-year as a case, index and ratio of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the Principal Component Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation used in evaluation of agricultural scientific research organizations were analyzed. It was pointed out that evaluation of agricultural scientific research organizations was a complex program and setting up index system in using multi index comprehensive evaluation method was key point of study.
