天津农村科技发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：文章根据统计数据及实地调研分析发现,农民文化素质偏低、科技宣传推广力度不够、农业科技投入不足、民生科技需求强烈等问题一定程度上影响了天津农村改革创新发展进程,并在此基础上提出了加强宏观指导、加大改革创新力度培育新型职业农民、构建农业科技推广示范新模式、加大农业科技资金投入力度以及大力实施民生科技行动工程等建议,以推进天津农村实现跨域式发展。Based on statistical analysis of the data and on site investigation, it was discovered that low cultural quality of farmers, lack of technology promotion, inadequate investment in agricultural technology, and strong demand for livelihood technology have hindered the development process of Tianjin rural reform and innovation to some extent. It was recommended to strengthen strategic guidance and reform innovation to cultivate new farmers, to construct new mode of agricultural science and technology demonstration, to increase financial input, and to implement the people＆#39;s livelihood science and technology action project, which was for promoting leap type development of rural of Tianjin.
