提升地区农科所持续创新能力的对策探讨

摘　　要：地区农科所是现代农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是农业科技成果与生产实际有效结合的重要纽带。文章以江苏省为例,深入分析了在国家全面深化科研体制改革和事业单位分类改革的大背景下,地区农科所科技创新工作长期存在的老问题和出现的新情况以及面临的良好发展机遇,从发展定位、学科建设、团队建设、条件建设、所际合作等五个方面提出提升地区农科所持续创新能力的对策。Regional agricultural research institution is an important part of the modern innovation system of agricultural science and technology, and it is the important link of combining the production practice and the agricultural science and technology achievements. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, under the background of the reform of scientific research system and the classification reform of public institutions in the country, long-term existed problems and the new situation and the facing good opportunities for development upon science and technology innovation work in regional agricultural research institution were deeply analyzed in the paper. The suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to promote sustainable innovation ability in regional agricultural research institution from five aspects, including development orientation ,discipline construction, team construction, infrastructure and cooperation between institutions.
