摘　　要：农业科研档案具有学术的原始性、前沿性、实用性和保密性特点,是农业科研不可或缺的重要知识资源。文章结合农业科研档案的四个特点,提出了以档案管理促进科研项目管理、以档案质量提升项目管理的构思,以期构建档案和项目协同管理的信息交互体系,提升档案管理水平。Agricultural scientific research archives, which have the characteristics of primitiveness, academic front, practicality and confidentiality, are the key knowledge resource of agricultural researches. Based on those four characteristics of agricultural research archives, a potential pathway to improve the programs′ management by enhancing the archive management was proposed. This was for developing an interactive information system of archive and program management, then finally enhancing the archive management.
