摘　　要：仪器设备是农业科研院所野外基地开展数据监测、化验分析及创新研究的重要基础。加强野外基地仪器设备管理,合理利用仪器设备资源,提高仪器设备使用效率是充分发挥野外基地科技支撑作用的关键。文章从科研院所仪器设备管理的角度,对农业野外基地仪器设备进行分类,分析了仪器设备使用及管理中存在的问题,从仪器设备合理购置、规范操作和绩效考核等方面提出了野外基地仪器设备管理的建议,旨在为相关农业科研院所野外仪器设备管理提供借鉴与参考。The instrument and equipment on field experiment station of agricultural science research institutes are important basis to carry out data monitoring, laboratory analysis and innovation research. Strengthening instrument management, rationally using equipment resources, and improving the efficiency of the instrument are the keys to give full play to the role of science and technology support for field experiment station. From a management point of view, instruments and equipments of field experiment station were classified, and problems about instrument usage and management were analyzed in the paper. Some suggestions were pointed out which included purchase of equipment, standard operation, performance appraisal, etc. The purpose is to provide reference on equipment management for the relevant field experiment stations of agricultural science research institutes.
