急性冠脉综合征患者血清Periostin、VEGF、CRP检测及与心肌损伤的关系

摘　　要：目的：研究急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清Periostin、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、C反应蛋白（CRP）含量及其与心肌损伤的关系。方法：将2012年7月-2014年8月期间我院收治的急性冠脉综合征患者纳入研究的ACS组,筛选稳定性心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛、非ST段抬高的急性心肌梗死、ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者各40例;将同期在我院体检的40例健康者纳入健康组。取血清后检测Periostin、VEGF、内皮素-1（ET-1）、髓过氧化物酶（MPO）、丙二醛（MDA）、晚期氧化蛋白产物（AOPP）含量。结果：ACS组患者的血清Periostin、VEGF、ET-1含量高于健康组,且病变程度越重,血清Periostin、VEGF、ET-1含量越高;不同病变程度ACS患者的心肌损伤指标有差异,且病变程度越重,血清MPO、MDA、AOPP含量越高;血清Periostin、VEGF、ET-1含量与MPO、MDA、AOPP含量呈正相关。结论：急性冠脉综合征患者血清中Periostin、VEGF、ET-1含量异常升高,并且能够准确反映心肌损伤的程度。Objective： To explore the correlation between serum Periostin, VEGF, CRP contents and myocardial damage in acute coronary syndrome （ACS） patients. Methods： Acute coronary syndrome patients admitted in our hospital from 2012 July to 2014 August were enrolled in ACS group; 40 cases of stable angina pectoris, 40 cases of unstable 40 cases of angina pectoris, 40 cases of non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction, 40 cases of ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction were also selected. A total of 40 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were enrolled in health group. Then serum were collected and Periostin, VEGF, ET-1, MPO, MDA, AOPP contents were assayed. Results： Serum Periostin, VEGF, ET-1 contents of ACS group were higher than those of healthy group： and as lesion degree deteriorating, serum Periostin, VEGF, ET-1 contents were higher. There were significant differences in serum MPO, MDA, AOPP contents of different severity ACS patients; and as lesion degree deteriorate, serum MPO, MDA, AOPP contents were higher. Serum Periostin, VEGF, ET-1 contents were positively correlated with MPO, MDA, AOPP contents. Conclusions： Serum Periostin, VEGF, ET-1 contents of ACS patients are abnormally increase dand can reflect the degree of myocardial injury.
