摘 要:目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期微循环指标及疼痛相关指标的变化情况。方法:选取于本院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的34例患者为观察组,并以同时期采用开腹胆囊切除术治疗的34例患者为对照组,检测并比较两组患者的术前1d及术后1、3、5d的血液黏度指标及血清疼痛递质、抑制相关指标。结果:术后1、3、5d观察组的血液黏度指标均低于对照组,血清前列腺素(PGI2)高于对照组,其他血清疼痛递质及抑制相关指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期微循环指标及疼痛相关指标的波动相对较小,更有助于患者围术期的疼痛控制及微循环的改善。Objective: To investigate the change of microcirculation indexes and pain related indexes of patients withlaparoscopic cholecystectomy during the perioperative period. Methods:A total of 34 patients who were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2014 were the observation group,and 34 patients who were treated with open cholecysteetomy at the same period were the control group. Blood viscosity indexes and serum pain transmit ters, suppression related indexes of two groups on the 1st day before the operation and on the l st,3rd and 5th day after the operation were respectively detected and compared. Results: The blood viscosity indexes of observation group on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group, and the serum PGI2 were significantly higher than those of control group, other pain transmitters and suppression related indexes were all significantly lower than those of control group too (all P〈0.05). Conclusion: The fluctuation of microcirculation indexes and pain related indexes of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the perioperative period is relatively smaller,so the operation is more helpful for the pain control and microcirculation improvement of patients during the perioperative period.
