艾灸疗法结合刮痧治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸疗法结合刮痧治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将64例寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组(予艾灸结合刮痧)和对照组(予普通针刺),刮痧每4 d 1次,每5次为1个疗程;艾灸及针刺每天治疗1次,10次为1个疗程。2个疗程后,观察临床疗效及2组治疗前后的慢性盆腔炎的症状积分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组为78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组的症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且艾灸结合刮痧组降低程度大于普通针刺组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸疗法结合刮痧治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,是一种有效疗法,值得临床推广。Objective It is to explore the curative effect of moxibustion combined with scrapping therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-damp coagulation type. Methods 64 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-damp coagulation type were randomly divided into treatment group which was treated with moxibustion combined with scrapping therapy and control group treated with normal acupuncture therapy, scrapping therapy was used once every 4 days, 5 times as one treatment course, moxibustion and acupuncture were used once every day, 10 times as one course. After two treatment courses, the clinical curative effect and the changes of symptoms scores of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94% , while that of control group was 78% , the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The symptom scores after treatment in both groups decreased obviously compared with that before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the decrease in treatment group was more significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with scrapping therapy has a good curative effect on chronic pelvic inflamma- tory disease of cold-damp coagulation type, and is worthy wide applicating in clinic.
