摘  要:以台湾引进的非转基因番木瓜品种"日升"的种子为试验材料,选择GA3、IAA、NAA及IBA等植物生长调节剂进行种子萌发研究。通过设置4种植物生长调节剂的不同浓度和处理时间,以蒸馏水浸泡为对照,测定种子的发芽率和发芽势,以筛选出促进"日升"番木瓜种子萌发的最佳生长调节剂种类及其最适浓度和处理时间。结果表明,100 mg/L的GA3浸泡18 h,"日升"种子的发芽势和发芽率达到最高为95%和97%,效果最为理想。本文的研究结果为非转基因番木瓜品种"日升"在亚热带地区的高效育苗提供依据。The ' Risheng' papaya ( Carica papaya L. ) seeds which were non - transgenic and introduced from Taiwan were used as experimental material. In order to promote the ' Risheng' papaya seeds germi- nation, the seeds were treated with different concentrations and time of GA3, IAA, NAA and IBA. Distilled water treatment were employed as a control. The seed germination potential and germination rate were studied. The results showed that the treatment with 100 mg/L GA3 for 18 h can obviously enhance seeds germination. And ' Risheng' papaya seeds germination potential and germination rate were as high as 95% and 97%. The results of this paper provided the theoretical basis for the non-transgenic ' Risheng' papaya seeds efficient seeding in the subtropical regions.
