摘  要:基于高分子聚合材料共混的原理,将聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVFM)胶水与聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液进行混溶,并在共混过程中加入脲醛(UF)树脂胶进行共聚,所得共混-共聚物的黏合强度与PVAc乳液相当,耐水性略优于后者,但生产成本仅为其60%,达到共混改良的目的。Based on the blend principle of polymer materials, the polyvinyl formaldehyde(PVFM) is mixed with polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) latex. During the mixing process, urea formaldehyde(UF) resin adhesive is added into the mixture to polymerize with PVFM and PVAc. The bonding strength of the resulting mixtures of blends and copolymers is equal to that of PVAc latex, the water resistance is slightly better, and the production cost is just 60% of that of PVAc. The results show that the performance improvement has been achieved.
