摘 要:常用介质阻挡放电(DBD)型臭氧发生器供电电源工作时,各开关器件不能完全工作在软开关条件下,且部分开关器件在功率调节过程中难以维持软开关状态,电源不能高效工作。针对上述问题,提出一种新型DBD型臭氧发生器供电电源,通过结合各开关器件的工作时序,详细地分析了电路的各个工作模态,在PSIM中仿真并研制了实验样机。仿真与实验结果表明,在容性脉冲频率调制(PFM)控制方式下,电路中各功率器件在整个功率调节范围内均能在软开关条件下工作,确保了供电电源的高效运行。此外,整个电源具有结构简单,易于设计的优点。When the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) ozone generation using the common power supply, all of the sw-itching devices can not fully work under soft-switching conditions, and during the period of power regulation, some of the switches are difficult to maintain soft-switching state, so the discharge efficiency is low.To overcome these disad-vantages, a novel soft-switching inverter is presented.By combining the control sequence, detailed analysis of each work modes in PSIM simulation and the experiment prototype are developed.Controlling mode of a capactive pulse frequency modulation(PFM),the power device in the circuit can work under the soft-switching of all the power regulati-on scope.The correctness and validity of the proposed power supply are verified by both simulation and experimental results.In addition, the power supply has a simple structure, and easy to design.
