河南省无偿献血与医疗保障发展相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨河南省无偿献血与医疗保障发展数据的相关性,为推进无偿献血与医疗保障协同发展提供依据。方法统计2008—2013年河南省无偿献血量和献血人次等数据,收集整理2008—2013年河南省医疗机构和社会保障等发展数据,采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件分析河南省无偿献血与医疗保障发展数据的相关性。结果河南省无偿献血与发放低保金受保人数、新农合参合率、注册护士人数、执业和助理执业医师人数等呈较强正相关关系,r均>0.9,P均<0.01。结论随着医疗保障的快速发展,各级政府必须持续发挥主导作用,协同推进无偿献血与医疗保障事业健康发展。OBJECTIVE Discussion on the correlation between voluntary blood donation and development of medical assurance system in He＇nan, and provide the basis for the collaborative development of voluntary blood donation and development of medical assur- ance system. METHODS The data of blood donation amount and person-time, development of medical institutions and the social se- curity were selected for the correlation analysis between them by SPSS 17.0 Software from 2008 to 2013 in He＇ nan Province. RE- SULTS There was obvious positive correlation between blood donation and the number of the insured to issue low stardard,NCMS par- ticipating rate, the number of registered nurses, the number of practice and assistant practicing doctors （P〈0.01, r〉 0.99）. CON- CLUSION With the rapid medical assurance development, governments at all levels shonld play a leading role continueously and en- sure the steady growth of the voluntary blood donation.
